After a successful career in the office solutions industry, Our CEO rose from a service representative to Vice President of Service Operations, bringing years of customer service and business solutions, problem solving with him to the insurance industry. As a result, he has learned how to solve problems effectively and provide excellent customer care. When it comes to customer care and satisfaction, Chris pulls from his experience as a longtime small business owner. For several years, Chris has and still helps operate a successful court reporting and deposition service firm alongside his wife.
